30.04.2023 (night tour)

Remember the time? 30.04.2023 (evening tour)

As if we didn’t walk enough during the day (after having a nap) – we decided to take some pictures of Rome by night – and added some 10.000 Steps on our daily balance.

Fontana di Trevi

But behind the scenes: You can see how many people were there for taking a lot of pictures, too. And some few to throw a coin into the fontain…:

La Colonna della Immacolata Concezione

Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti – Spanish Steps

another 7 dwarfs…

We were lucky to see an old Fiat 500 – a car which was very common in Rome (and in whole Italy) before. A bit to small it has fallen out of time, but it was very much loved (not just because of its price)

Mausoleum of Hadrian, usually known as Castel Sant’Angelo (Italian pronunciation: [kaˈstɛl sanˈtandʒelo])

After another long walk, we arrived at Castel Sant’Angelo for the second time today.

Tired, but happy, we took the next bus to Termini… a bit scared, since the Ticket Vendor Machine was not having a connection for payment, only accepting card payment that’s not the best condition :(. But we reached home (hostel) without any problems.
